For us women who get anxiety about going to the gym, this place is perfect. Lots of space with minimal clientele. All the equipment you need including TRX. Work on yourself without the anxiety that most gyms bring.
The design is terrible if you're in a powerchair and I'm pretty sure all the quality fitness staff that used to work there the past few years that I knew have been discouraged from ever returning. I hope they're doing better and much happier now after finding better jobs elsewhere. Feel sorry for future clients of the facility - sure hope they find quality professionals who actually care about their clients.
