This was my first time at this express care, I was seen by Dr Julie A Edwards. I went in with vaginal symptoms which they tested for yeast etc. It was initially my fault for not wanting a uti test as well. So when I left the office I went directly back in before I ever left in my car, and kindly ask if I could do a uti test as well just be sure. I never have a long wait here. They are all friendly and nice and the visit is usually quick!
Very rude and unprofessional. Told me they could not do my physical there and they do not do physicals when right on their website it says they do. They also said my physical form needed a “physician signature” and they had no physicians there which is a blatant lie or the urgent care wouldn’t be open!!!
Was at this location earlier this evening and the nurse was rude and to me extremely unprofessional wouldn't recommend.
