Unfortunately I called this express care, The person who answer must be bored with her life , she clearly don’t want do her job . I will never in my life call this place anything. When I told to call any express care to get my son demographic information updated. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I came in earlier today and this place was great. Not to busy and I can't remember the nurse I hads name. Nicky I think? But could be completely wrong. Either way, best nursing experience I've ever had! This place obviously has great staff, made me feel like I was in great hands, very professional. I would hope to have care like this if I was in a more serious health situation l. Surprising to see this type of professionalism and precision at a express care type environment
When I was trying to select an urgent care center for my kid, I did it because it would be much cheaper than an ER. I selected this facility. Only after arriving was I informed that they are billed as an ER, not as a more affordable urgent care. I think this is very deliberately deceptive, as once a patient takes the time to select a facility, drives there, and fills out the paperwork they are unlikely to back out.
