Rochelle (the lady at the front desk) is ridiculously rude and has zero problem solving skills. I came in to see if we can do a Child Health Report at an Express Care since I have a tight schedule, not a big deal if they can’t. She said no and didn’t even look at it. I let her know I was told I can do it here and if I can talk to a CRNP on duty. Apparently that offended her. She was nasty and didn’t want to help.
