This place has been absolutely wonderful! The therapists I’ve worked with are very helpful and kind. They’re always willing to listen and provide actionable advice. And the group dynamic is very helpful. It’s absolutely worth going to. I implore anyone who needs help; please contact the team here!
This program has been extremely beneficial to me. The therapists that I have worked with (Kevin, Lauren, Raquel, Audrey, and Nickole) have been amazing and so supportive, and they are always able to meet me where I'm at. There have been times where I have been a little more emotionally reactive and all of them have been proactive in making sure I get the attention and feedback that I need to stabilize again. The other one star review was accurate. Everything here is just surface level and fake and no one works with you to get the help you need at all. Here I felt alone and my problems were completely dismissed by the people who were supposed to help me - the person who prescribed me meds seemed to not even believe me when I told them what was going on with my brain, talked down to me, and gave me meds that were basically useless, and the therapist seemed to have a terrible read on me and placed me in a group full of people who's... read more
