I had an excellent experience with Lv Road Tech. Technician Damean was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I was stranded on the side of the freeway with trailer axle issues, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as the 3rd axle on the left side being completely shot. What really stood out was how thorough and dedicated he was. Mechanic Davila.J was excellent even with the language barrier had me fixed in 8 hrs and back on the with a major trailer axle repair. Not the way I wanted to get new wheels 🤷 that's trucking for ya.

Would not use this roadside company again. I called them out for a flat and made it very clear multiple times that I needed a new tire. The lady on the phone confirmed multiple times that they were bringing a new tire. When the mechanic got there, my driver checked it right away and saw it was actually a recap. I called them back and asked straight up if they brought a recap. She checked with the mechanic and confirmed that yes, it was a recap tire. We do not run recaps, so I told them to take it back off.
