I have never had a bad experience at LV nails. Everyone has always been friendly and respectful. If I am not sure what color to select while I'm there, they are quick to suggest and help. I've even gone outside my comfort zone and done crazy designs. Everyone always comments on my finished nails and I'm quick to tell them LV NAILS is the place to go.
Every other week I'm here and every week I'm happy with the outcome! If ever a mess up nail whether it's a chip of the nail or nail polish they are always willing to help and fix! I'll always recommend people to come here!! Alisa is the BEST!!
Worst experience ever. My shellac manicure didn’t even last 3 days - I took a pic (with timestamp) and came back six days later to get it redone (as I went directly out of town for my bday and Thanksgiving), and they were rude and tried to charge me. After they finally agreed to redo my shellac manicure they didn’t even clean the gunk out of the nails before repainting.
