I received a gel manicure that looked as if I did it at home myself. Went back in to have it fixed and the owner proceeded to file my nails removing partially removing the color. When I pointed it out, she stated “no it’s not.” My gel manicure won’t last a week. I was looking for a new shop since mine is closed for the summer. Not here. A $40 lesson.
My daughter had to be some where quickly and I knew she didn’t have time to get her nails done, but Loan assured me we can get it done! Well this was the result and she still paid attention to detail and my daughter loved it…… and we made her other appointment! Thank you Loan for always taking care of us whenever we sit in your chair!
They are very welcoming and accommodating. Even though it’s been a year since I last visited, the salon owner remembered my face. Both times I went there, I came in last minute and they were nice about accommodating me. Thank you.
