My first visit to LV Nails was as a walking customer. This is a one stop salon. They offer a few services. I was greeted by Ms. Sarah the massage therapist. Angel welcomed me shortly after and escorted me to her station. I selected two colors for my nails and left the design up to Angel. I like that they ask all clients to wash their hands. i really enjoy the salon. My pedicure are amazing every time i go. The ambiance is calming and relaxing.
The senior lady who did my nails today did an unacceptable job on my gel polish. I had to ask for her to file my nails after the gel had set as there were nail tops that were snagging and not smooth. She got an attitude when I asked her to do the minimum.
