I WENT TO GET AN ULTRASOUND ON MY WRIST AND FIRST YOU GO TO ONE OFFICE WHERE THERES 2 MUTE GIRLS THAT HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN IM TAKEN AND LEFT AT AN OFFICE NEXT DOOR WHERE PEOPLE JUST WALKING IN AND OUT. VERY WEIRD ENVIRONMENT. FINALLY TECHNICIAN WITH AN ATTITUDE CALLS ME IN. WHEN HES DOING THE ULTRASOUND HE TELLS ME TO PUT VICKS ON MY WRIST!!! I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF WEIRDOS!!!
Everyone from the front office staff to the technician were very helpful polite and knowledgeable. My procedure was done very professional and answered any questions I had without discussing any results with me. I will get those from my doctor.
