We really don't know what the facility was like as we were not allowed to see anything. Apparently they don't let people tour during the holidays as they are too busy. We came from out of state so couldn't view ahead of time. We booked a Royal suite for our dogs at Christmas and were excited to see the facility, we only needed a quick look and wouldn't have taken up their time unnecessarily. This place is exceptional and definitely one-of-a-kind!!! Hands down the BEST place I have ever taken our little Duncan to. He had so much fun!
Was really great! It was the first time I left my dog with a dog day care and they did great would highly recommend to anyone who is going to be bringing there dog to Vegas with them. Really really liked them!!
