I took my 13 year old dog Mel & my 2 year old dog Rolo to the LV Dog Hotel because we were having our house renovated. We’re new to the area & I looked up different places to bring them. I chose LV because of their Angie’s List & Better Business ratings and I’m so glad I did. The staff is fabulous and take really good care of the pups. I tried this place out for the first time today and I loved it! They were very helpful getting me checked in and answered all my questions. It’s a very clean nicely decorated facility, and I really like their glass wall so the dogs are always visible to their caretakers. My boy loved it! He was so excited when we got there, and loved playing with other dogs his same size. We will definitely be back.
Had a horrible experience here owner agreed she should refund me and I told her before she does it make sure she knows I’m writing a review regardless so she refused to refund me! What a joke keep your $30, unprofessional businesses go down on their own especially from reviews like this, if you can’t take care of a “nipping” puppy at 8 months old maybe you shouldn’t be in the business to take care of them. Avoid at all costs buyer beware!
My dogs, Rémy and Sophie, absolutely love staying at LV Dog. LV Dog has been hosting them for somewhere between 8-10 years, now, whenever I travel (maybe 30-45 days/year). Everyone on the staff genuinely loves dogs and is polite and professional. I truly cannot emphasize enough just how safe I feel, knowing that LV Dog is looking after Rémy and Sophie, while I'm away.
When I found Lv dog hotel and daycare I was skeptical but now my after a few months It’s all gone Love them I totally hit wrong thing I recommend them 1000%
I took my three Bichons there yesterday and the staff was ammazing to my babies. Clean and lovely space! Highly recommend.
This place is awesome! We dropped our dog Miso off for a vacation that is going to be about a month long. 😭 Angelica is the absolute best! She’s nice, understanding, and an all around nice person. You can tell she loves dogs. She gives me updates on Miso, and sends us pictures. :) this girl deserves all the stars and a raise! We’ll definitely be taking our Miso back here when we need to! I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. All the girls are nice! :)
Amazing staff. Clean facility. We will board our dog here again.
