Dr. Driscoll is an excellent dentist and cares about her patients. Staff here are also super nice.
Dr. Lopez Driscoll’s staff represented to me that they accepted MetLife PPO (in fact, they encouraged me to choose that plan when I changed employers), but I was stuck paying almost completely out of pocket for my cleaning and x-rays because Dr. Lopez Driscoll is not in network. Dr. Lopez Driscoll’s staff will not reply to my emails or call me back to explain how this happened. I deserve an explanation.
