Beyond excellent service! I had to take my laptop. They fixed the issue within the week, and replaced the keyboard (which has been acting up for about two years since it took a coffee bath), all for an extremely reasonable price. I will recommend to everyone I know, and will be a repeat customer in the future!
After a morning of thinking I am a computer tech (lol) I actually pulled one of the display cables out on my macbook pro which could be very expensive... but instead of getting told there was nothing to do, I was called after hours to guide me on my options! One of the best customer service experiences I have had.. Keep it up guys.. Even if my computer is not worth fixing, still got a smile on my face from the way this business is ran! Would recommend to EVERYONE! Luyet Computer Co guys! Keep up the good work!
I brought in my computer last week as a fan mount bracket had broken off. The guys were great, and had it fixed very quickly. I appreciate their honesty and quick response time.
These guys are absolutely phenomenal. Brought my desktop in on Saturday and back on the internet by Wednesday afternoon the following week. Great listeners and on the top of their field. Without question or doubt, Luyet Computer's staff will see me again if a computer need arises. I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more competent group of people. My computer is now humming along beautifully. Thank you for your dedication and caring attitude.
These guys are AMAZING!!! I took my laptop in when it started having blue screen errors and eventually crashed. They brought it back from the dead and never gave up trouble shooting the issue until it was finally fixed. Before Luyet Computer Co. fixed the issue, I took it to a different computer shop and all they wanted to do was sell me an overpriced crappy laptop. Thanks to Luyet Computer Co. and the crew for figuring it out and not giving up. You're the best!!!
