I went in for a dip powder manicure. The young woman did not do what I asked in cutting the length. Rushed the job. I’ve had dips that last a long time, not even a week later my nails started peeling and cracked. Never had this problem. Not friendly staff either.

This was my first visit here, and I chose to get a pedicure and manicure. The best term I can use is awful; this was not a pleasant experience. The woman who gave my pedicure neglected to cut around each nail and remove the dead skin, and she filed my toe nails crooked. Then she had the nerve to paint my nails with an old slimy nail polish and tried to leave them that way. I made her remove the nail polish and did not even proceed with a manicure. I've been here several times for a pedicure. I have had several different people do my pedicure. None of them disappointed me at all. All are fantastic. They do an excellent job.
