I got a gel manicure with Kathy and she did an amazing job! Great attention to detail.
Paid $55 for a “gel manicure,” but they never trimmed my cuticles. When I asked if they were going to, they said it would be another $15. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel like I got scammed.
I would come to this place often but the day I decide to come in and get a pedicure, and also with a friend, the nail tech cuts my toe took off a a whole piece of my skin off and tries to stop the bleeding and I did feel the pinch but I was like it's probably not bad she just pinched me but she tried to stop it with cotton and then she disappeared after she was done with my pedicure. But I really loved the color but the service was awful and not at all relaxing
I love going to Luxy, staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. Brought a friend in with me, she was very impressed with the services and said she will return.
The place was beautiful. The hostess was very kind. I came in for an eyebrow waxing and gel nails. The nail artist comes to get me, I tell her I would like this color gel nails. “No, no! You need dip, dip is better. We’re going to do dip, not gel. Much better.” I voiced multiple times I wanted gel, with no luck.
