To me, this nail spa has high employee turnover. Since Amy left, I felt lucky to have been able to come across Hannah to do my nails how I like it. I am very particular, so I like to go to the same person that I know can achieve my desired shape and look. Now Hannah is gone and there are some new faces throughout the shop. Kay helped me remove a GelX set I had done over vacation. She encouraged manicure after that, which I agreed and had the nails finished with a simple polish. I enjoyed my visit here and I would come back, it’s a nice spa and the employees are attentive! Kay was great and I enjoyed talking to her about my previous vacation & learning about her country too. I would definitely recommend Luxy spa & I plan to come back here, I feel pricing is reasonable and it’s a nice ambiance!

Came in to have my brows done. The salon is very nice and clean. My first time. Was extremely impressed Because all I wanted was a cleanup. I explained to the technician wish I knew her name, lol that the last time I went to another salon, they had practically ripped out my entire brow so I was a little hesitant. Been coming here for about a year now. Great service, booking on their website is seamless. The price is reasonable. Everyone here is great. Recently took my pre-teens/ teenagers for a bday gel mani party. They accommodated us, made my bday girl feel very special. Thank you Luxy Nail!
