I placed an order over a month ago , they charged my credit card for the full amount of but I have not yet seen my furniture , when I email I get a automated reply , when I call I get put on hold. I have left my phone on for over 20 minutes multiple times, no customer service .... Hoping this will get me a reply before I call credit card company . I'd really just rather have the furniture
