Star is amazing!! She is gentle and takes her time in taking care of her customers. She always makes it an effort to get to know each customer she treats. Get the LUXX experience and ask for Star.
I’m giving 2 stars because the technicians were genuinely kind and welcoming - but unfortunately, the quality of service didn’t match the price. I visited about a week ago for a gel manicure and pedicure with a friend. This was my first time trying a nail salon in Tyler after moving, and the salon came highly recommended, so I had high expectations. By day 3, my gel polish had already started lifting and peeling. Went to Luxx for pedicure based on reviews. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Chairs were less than two feet apart and hard to get in and out. No one spoke english. Spent half the time of other places. Almost no time on feet. Just rubbed lotion on legs. Do not recommend and will not go back.
Always perfect . Great service. Love the hostess greeting everyone. Make you feel really special. Beautiful and clean inside. Staff is always great.
