I was disappointed with my experience at Lux Nail Salon. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately told, “We’re appointment only,” without so much as a greeting or welcome. The interaction felt cold and unprofessional, and there was no attempt to provide good customer service or explain the policy politely. The staff member came across as very rude, which made me feel unwelcome. Even if a business is appointment-only, treating potential customers with kindness and respect goes a long way. I took my daughter here to get her nails done, and it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and seemed unwilling to work from the start. The nail polish application was poorly done, and instead of fixing it, they blamed my daughter’s nails. The cut was also uneven and looked unprofessional. This should have been a fun outing, but it turned into a frustrating experience. We will not be returning.
