We loved our stay at Starlight Beach House. The accommodations were clean and fresh. The location was perfect to walk out the door to the boardwalk and a few more steps and you are on the beach! A pleasant surprise was the 10x10 foot sun shade and beach chairs that were perfect. We enjoyed lounging at the beach, bodysurfing, and bringing lunch to the beach that was a quick walk from the kitchen. We had a fun dinner at Le tub, Latitudes, and Shooters after a water taxi ride to Ft Lauderdale. We will be back!
Place was overpriced and absolutely disgusting.
What a complete disaster of a stay at the Tiki hut Fort Lauderdale. The fridge might as well have been a glorified toaster oven – it couldn't cool a drink if you depended on it. And that pathetic excuse for a tiki bar? A light breeze would send it tumbling like a house of cards. The grounds were a total eyesore, cluttered with junk that should've been thrown out ages ago. As for the outdoor bar, it's a hazard waiting to happen – just rip it out already! And don't even get me started on the back living room floor; it's a haza... read more
