This nail salon is beautiful inside and depending on the tech, they do a pretty good job with your nails, but they do an absolutely awful job of overbooking their appointments. I have gone with an appointment or calling ahead to make sure that they aren’t busy and no matter what I show up and they tell me it’ll be an hour long wait. PSA 🧨 I had the absolute best experience here and can honestly say we found our new nail home! Nate did my acrylic nails, and I am completely in love with them. He took his time, paid attention to every little detail, and truly made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. Honestly I’ve been before here many times and never had a problem but I went in today with an appointment scheduled at 9:45am shortly after they opened and they already had a bunch of people. Even with an appointment they made me wait over an hour before someone started my pedicure. It’s not a bad place but they should do a better job or prioritizing customers with appointments or not over booking. Update- I wanted to provide an update to my original review. After my initial experience, which was very disappointing, the owner reached out and offered a 40% refund. While I appreciated the gesture, I did not receive any response for three days and had to reach out myself to ask for an update on the status of the refund. When I finally heard back, I was told that the refund was not something they had to provide, but rather something they were only doing because of the review I left. That response was discouraging.
