Unbeatable low fees, only $99 for sales, $49 for rentals, extremely pocket friendly for those agents looking to keep their hard earned commissions. Their back office system is straight forward and has its own electronic signing service free of charge, so you don’t have to pay anything on the side. Overall highly recommended!
