Been trying to reach out to Maria Valderrama by texts and phone regarding one of her listing for rent in Downtown Miami. Impossible to reach her, she rejects my calls, read my texts but never acknowledge receipt. Not professional.
Jared and Camila over at LREG are great brokers. Knowledgeable and easy to work with. As an agent the 100% commission is one of the best even among virtual brokerages. Unbeatable low fees, only $99 for sales, $49 for rentals, extremely pocket friendly for those agents looking to keep their hard earned commissions. Their back office system is straight forward and has its own electronic signing service free of charge, so you don’t have to pay anything on the side. Overall highly recommended!
