We moved to Richmond only a few months ago and had not needed boarded our bulldog Herschel since our move. Two days ago I had a family emergency in Georgia that required me to find a place for him at the last minute before rushing out of town. Not only were Luxury Pet able to accommodate Herschel they went well above and beyond the level of service I would have ever expected. RecommendedLuxury Pet Services has amazing boarding services and daycare but what I'm most impressed with is their grooming and how happy the pets are when they come in and happy & stunningly beautiful when they go out. The owners are happy, the pets are happy... its a win win. They even got my arthritic beagle's nails trimmed and he didn't complain or gripe about it... shocking! I love Luxury Pet Services! If you've never been there, your pet is missing out.
I have taken Honey several times for grooming and daycare. I have always been very pleased with the grooming services, and she absolutely loves the playtime with her friends.

This is the second time we have boarded our Annie, and she loves it there! They take amazing care of them, they have a heart for these animals! Absolutely wonderful and will use them every time!
They failed to record my dog's corn allergy in his chart and fed him food that made him sick.
They took amazing care of my two fur babies Zeus and hope, they kept me updated on how they were doing which I loved because I have a hard time leaving them. I would definitely recommend them!
