After 3 days two of my toes are infected. The lady was alone and did not offer what pedicure services they had. Just kept saying do not look at the wall?? Like why not. She stated she had to pay extra to scrape my heels for a pedicure when my feet are not even that bad. The hot towel smelled like mildew. Will not return!!

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Their policy regarding cancellations are completely unreasonable and unfair. My wife whom is from Ukraine was a loyal customer and unfortunately had to cancel her appointment due to family problems that unexpectedly came up due to the war in her country. Rather than listen to my wife’s reason for cancellation, the owner decided to charge a 25 dollar cancellation fee. Keep in mind this appointment was scheduled 2 month ago. Way before the war began. I’m from Ukraine this was my first place which I visited here in El Paso. I started coming here in August of 2021 until now. I had booked an appointment about two months ago, unfortunately the war in Ukraine started and I completely forgot about my eye lash appointment due to the start of the war and impact of the war on my family. I had been coming here for about a year now and always with the same person, she had always been super attentive and nice. Today I was running late and got here 15 mins after my appointment time, I asked her if she can pls do gel and she said no because we already running behind schedule, then I told her that regular polish takes longer to dry versus gel and she told that she was gonna give me sandals to walk out in and they can dry on their own. This is me literally from the salon to my car.
