Horrible customer service I used to love this place. I’ve been going for more than a year for pedicures and I never had an issue with them until my nails started getting really thin from my feet and they were charge me extra just to remove the nail polish that they put, I would go to the same place. Wonderful experience with Nancy, such a patient and gentle service. Pedicure with her was phenomenal! The massage was so so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for Nancy

I have mixed emotions right now. I usually get my nails done here, but today's service was disappointing. I had a Shellac signature pedicure and a French overlay, which I believe is what it's called. Nancy did an amazing job on my pedicure—hands down! However, I wasn't happy with the French manicure. You can be the judge of that. Additionally, I had to ask her about the cuticle treatment, which she did after completing the Shellac French nails. What is that? It's so disappointing 😞 .
