This nail salon has the worst customer service I have experienced my entire life. The two ladies who did my nails, Na and vicky were extremely rude. Na grabbed my phone without my consent and moved it over. I asked for a different base coat for my nails and Vicky aggressively set down a basket of nail colors for me to pick and said “well if you don’t like it then you pick”. Excellent service, amazing staff, great pricing! I enjoy something less akin to nails and more like highly decorated claws, they really get that here, I will for sure be back!
Beautiful design. It was a longer wait. We did have 4 people!
They are friendly and the prices are affordable. The major issue with their services is over filing your nails with the drill. Heavy overuse of the drill with both hands and feet. My own nails were so thin when the acrylics were taken off that even when they got cut down they were folding completely over with pressure. You can request a soak off but the experience looked like having your acrylics soak for maybe a minute before they get unwrapped and the drill starts to be used.
