The professionalism there was wonderful and the nail design was beautiful!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The nail tech did a perfect job on my gel nails!
I’ve been here before and had fine manicures, but I came with a friend a few weeks ago, and the service was terrible. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but we had reservations. They rushed us in and out in 30 minutes for (expensive) dip manicures and did a poor job for both of us. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.
It was very busy when I went, but the staff continued to check in and offer drinks. My pedicure was very good. They are very attentive to detail. I was actually offered a discount because of the wait time. This has never happened to me at any other nail salon in Lynchburg or Forest!
