Great pedicure from Anna. Lots of technicians. I was a walk-in on the Friday before July 4th & had no waiting! Very clean & modern facility.
This is heartbreaking to post because Luxury has been has always been my go to nail place for a while now and I have always had postive things to say about it and have never had a bad experience until today. I did have a new nail tech that I’ve never had do my nails before but how I was treated was honestly so distasteful and rude and I can only hope that no one else experiences the humiliation or anxiety I felt. I told the girl I need my nails to last a little longer, she told me about builder nails. I am sold! 4 weeks later they are still holding strong and now reading a fill in.
First of all, I called to get an appointment but no one answered. Then I walk in and tell them I want a fill-in, pedi, and eyebrow wax. I tell them everything that's needed up front. I get the fill-in which immediately chips and had to be corrected. Then I get the pedi. I'm sitting there waiting on the eyebrow wax and the manager comes to me and tells me that there is no one who can do my eyebrows.
