My wife received a pedicure here and 2 days later developed an infection because the tech cut the corner of her toe. She had to get her toe nail removed and we thought after that she would get better. It got worse and after a trip to the hospital it was found that the infection had made its way to the bone. We spent 3 days in the hospital so she could receive IV antibiotics and went home with a month of oral antibiotics. If you go, ask for Chloe!!! I usually want something a little more time consuming and she always complies and does an amazing job! The rest of the people in there are very kind and welcoming and my visits are always fun and relaxing :))

I’ve been going to this salon since I moved back to Lynchburg. Almost 9 months. Always a pretty good experience. Today, the tech drilled a hole into my skin through my nail that (obviously) drew a decent amount of blood. Mistakes happen, that’s not the issue - I was still made to pay $10 for the removal. They took $5 off for literally drilling a hole into my nail and skin. After MONTHS of paying hundreds for acrylics, being a loyal customer, and literally drilling into my skin. I still paid $10.
