I’ve gone to luxury nail and spa 3 times now. I usually get dip powder and got it all 3 services. The first time I went, the nail tech did seem to complain about dip powder but I let it go because the nails looked good. Although, I did notice they were SIGNIFICANTLY thinner than normal (I have been getting dip manicures for 6 years now so I know how they are supposed look). Great pedicure from Anna. Lots of technicians. I was a walk-in on the Friday before July 4th & had no waiting! Very clean & modern facility.
This is heartbreaking to post because Luxury has been has always been my go to nail place for a while now and I have always had postive things to say about it and have never had a bad experience until today. I did have a new nail tech that I’ve never had do my nails before but how I was treated was honestly so distasteful and rude and I can only hope that no one else experiences the humiliation or anxiety I felt. I told the girl I need my nails to last a little longer, she told me about builder nails. I am sold! 4 weeks later they are still holding strong and now reading a fill in.
