Jimmy was hilarious, and he did an amazing job on my nails. They were done somewhere else previously, and they were terrible! I was so happy he was able to fix them for me, and I will definitely be going back.
I absolutely love this nail salon. I moved here from Tennessee for my active duty position. I was so nervous about finding a new nail tech because I’m so particular about my nails. I’m so thankful I was referred by my commander. Chi is my nail tech she sits at station #7 when I tell you she’s heaven sent. The customer service was amazing but nails were horrible.
I went to have the gel polish removed and a basic manicure. I specifically asked her to NOT use the rotary grinder directly on my nails as my nails are thin. She said she needed to do that to get the gel polish off. She took the polish off and with it the top layer of my actual finger nails. They are now paper thin. I get it that they don’t speak English and may not understand. But they should know how to do their job. It’s not brain surgery.
