Terrible experience with nail tech Chi, and the secretary who lied and said she was the manager. Chi was very rude, like there aren’t other nail salons in the vicinity that has a luxury experience as well. They will never get my business ever again. Kiss Nails is much more professional and there work is better as well!!
I have been going to Luxury Nails Bar since they opened and have had services done by several of the employees there including Sam, Chi, and Sophia. The salon is clean and comfortable, and both the manager, Kelly, and Jane, the receptionist, are friendly and accommodating.
Nice people. Felt rushed though even though they were closing after another hour. Employees were already heading out the door. I got long acrylics and they aren’t at all even and they just look gross, and already lifting after about a week.
