My friend and I went in together to get acrylic nails. We got there 5 minutes before our appointment, and waited 25 minutes before we were seated. They had set us separately, so we felt as though we were getting our nails done alone. They had one person doing the acrylic and painting for 4-5 people, and made the wait very long. This nail shop is really weird. I had been going to Donna's husband but on the day of my appt. I got donna, the owner. She did a sloppy job, less than minimal. At my net appt I asked for a young man who had done my nails before aross the street. Donna then called me into an adjacent room and told me that not only was I not going to get my nails done that day, but I could not come back to the shop at all. Ludington doesn't need this kind of an establishment.

I've been a customer for several years, but I've decided it's time to move on. The quality of the nail services has been continually poor and inconsistent. I've also found the customer service to be lacking, mostly in my interactions with Donna, the owner. The environment often feels more focused on criticism, and blame for things a customer has no part in, rather than professionalism. If you're looking for a positive experience you may want to consider other options. I'll be trying Lakeshore Nails for my next appointment.
