Worst experience ever!!! Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Left with a bleeding toe and a lot of pain. They could clearly tell I was in pain and could see the trauma to my toe. I chose not to have any polish and wanted to exit as quickly as possible. I wasn't going to trust them with anything else. However Ronnie still charged me for the service when it was very clear that I hadn't received good service.

One more time we are apologize about this situtation that happened to you. We told our manager ( Ronnie ) did refund 20$ back to you. We talked and discussed to our staffs that from now we will not do any pedicure with sensitive toe nails, swollen, and cutting ingrown nails even clients convince to nails tech, because we do not want this situation happen again to client.
Since the new ownership I have seen Chi many times for my mani-pedi. She is amazing and her massage technique on the Pedi Pearl is wonderful. She is very meticulous about each nail making sure they are perfect. Go see Chi, she's awesome!
