I visited Luxury Nails & Spa tonight (around 6:56 PM) after a long day of preparing for an upcoming family trip. I chose this location because I’ve been here before and have always had positive experiences. Their hours online and on the door clearly state they’re open until 8 PM, so I felt confident stopping by. When I arrived, there were two ladies and a gentleman standing near the door who looked as if they were preparing to leave. The service is great, they give you complimentary drinks show them any design they can do it. Great atmosphere very welcoming, feels like family is give it a 10/10... im a extra girly and I always get compliments on my nails 💅 ☺️
I got the basic pedicure not knowing you did not get a massage or lotion. He did use hot stones for a few minutes but that was it, not ever touching my feet. Very disappointing that you need to do a deluxe more expensive pedicure to even get the basic services that other salons offer. They will also use gel polish automatically unless you tell them regular and only one person spoke any English which made communication difficult.
