My boyfriend called this salon ahead of time today to ask if they could do mine and his daughters nails. They said yes and gave him a pricing estimate. So we show up thinking we're both gonna get our nails done (fill for me, just plain nail polish for his daughter) and the lady looks over and asks one of the nail techs if they can do our nails. They all look at my boyfriend's daughter, then around each other, shake their heads and very frankly and rather rudely say no, they don't have time and they're busy. What is the point... read more
I went to get gel nail doneon Thursday, a few hours after, the gel nail polish was coming off. I had to go back and have them done! We were going on vacation on Friday!!
Thank you Kathy! My boyfriend and I came in yesterday and ended up being short on time and Kathy was so flexible and wonderful. She told me to come in the following day to finish my service. I came in today and even brought my mom along because she was amazing! 10/10 recommend
My daughter was devastated with the result of $100 acrylics nails at this location. They looked nothing like the inspiration pictures she had provided the whole time she was doing her nails. The gems and flowers came off 15 minutes after she finished her nails, the flower petals also fell off. She asked for a flower gem and the worker applied a tattoo print that came off after washing her hands. After the failed result there was no refund option. 1/10 would not recommend.
