Made my appointment for 3pm, was 10min early. Waited until 4pm wasn't even touched....no previous polish removal or anything. UNBELIEVABLE. This was my regular salon ,but now I will NEVER be back! Maybe don't take walk-ins 10min before my appointment. Ridiculous.
Family and I made an appointment, and still had to wait an hour before we were even seated in a chair. My technician took 2 hours for him to finish my pedicure. He also WASHED HIS TOOLS in the water that my feet were soaking in. Then rinsed my feet off as if that was a good enough job. Then painfully massaged my legs for about 20 minutes. Pushing too hard, and scraping and scratching my skin. When he actually painted my toes he was scratching underneath my nail with his over and over again.
