We have been loyal customers to this nail salon for several years. We have been going here because it’s convenient, no appointment necessary. Today was a very disappointing experienced and I think that people should be aware of the non transparent up sale that occurs here. Today my daughter and I sat down for our usual service and we were told they were charging 3$ a person to cut nails. Best spa in Oak Park! Can be really pricey, but pre-tip prices aren't that high and you pay for the quality
