The environment is nice, but the service is terrible. Especially the employee named Elle. She seemed very pushy the entire time. If she didn't like you, she would diss you in Chinese. As a technician, you should have basic manners.

Elle is hands down the worst nail technician I have ever seen. She was incredible rude and dismissive my entire appointment- throwing my hand towards the gel machine, making comments towards me, and rolling her eyes continuously. I simply asked her for help in finding a color based on reference photos and she acted like this was the biggest inconvenience on earth. If you value basic customer service and common decency, I do not recommend seeing her.

Disappointing. First time going there and got gel-x. They were bulky and not properly sealed at the cuticle, catching in my hair and popped off at 12 days. When I got home immediately after service, I noticed the tech left a lot of space at the cuticle line, so they already looked 1-2 weeks old. It was so busy that day that the tech was on the phone during the entire service, even though I had an appointment. Very friendly, clean, always great service. I’ve been coming here for years and Summer has done a great job maintaining a clean and well run salon. Recommend always making an appointment!
