I gave this place a second chance and had a great experience. The owner reached out and acknowledged the prior poor service, which speaks volumes about the business. Pedicure was wonderful! Looking forward to going back soon.

This is by far the best nail salon in the area. The entire team is professional, detail-oriented, and truly skilled at their craft. Summer is an outstanding manager—she goes out of her way to make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. I especially recommend Eileen and Nancy, who both do flawless work and always take the time to get things just right. From start to finish, the service here is exceptional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The environment is nice, but the service is terrible. Especially the employee named Elle. She seemed very pushy the entire time. If she didn't like you, she would diss you in Chinese. As a technician, you should have basic manners.

Elle is hands down the worst nail technician I have ever seen. She was incredible rude and dismissive my entire appointment- throwing my hand towards the gel machine, making comments towards me, and rolling her eyes continuously. I simply asked her for help in finding a color based on reference photos and she acted like this was the biggest inconvenience on earth. If you value basic customer service and common decency, I do not recommend seeing her.
