I brought my 9-year-old granddaughter in for a manicure and pedicure. I asked upfront how much the services were, and I was given three different prices. I simply asked which price was correct because I wanted to know what I was being charged. They ended up saying $45 and started doing her hands and feet. Matthew is the best! He is so personable and his nail experience is amazing. I take terrible care of my nails and cuticles and he helps me get them pretty and back in good condition. Also, his foot and leg massage is absolutely wonderful! And now they are offering complimentary Wine!!! I could live her 😍😛

I was really disappointed with my experience here. They quoted me one price to get me in the chair, and then after the service was finished they charged me a higher price. That kind of bait-and-switch is unprofessional and dishonest. During my pedicure, they also cut the side of my toe, which is now irritated and painful. On top of that, they had me soak my feet in cold water — nothing about the service felt relaxing or luxurious.
