I was really disappointed with my experience here. They quoted me one price to get me in the chair, and then after the service was finished they charged me a higher price. That kind of bait-and-switch is unprofessional and dishonest. During my pedicure, they also cut the side of my toe, which is now irritated and painful. the upgrades to the salon are super nice and well timed. the new massage chairs are almost as good as the zero gravity versions. love that the new spa menu includes a variety of scrubs and treatments. the best part about Luxury Nail is that they do t charge for every little thing like ‘fixing 1 nail’ or ingrowns. ask for matthew!
I had a pedicure and fill and my nails came out all bumpy and Jenny didn’t even know how to paint a French manicure right. It looked like I did it myself. During my pedicure the lady cut me twice. The guy in there that may or may not be the owner or manager was extremely rude. He demanded cash and I only had card and he was so irritated by that. Never going back. I expect more from a nail salon and there are plenty more in Different Amon’s Bar
One of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had! The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They did an amazing job on my cuticles and made sure my nails looked perfect. I chose the luxury service, which included extra massage time, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
