Had an appointment for 5:15 for 2. They did not tell us that 1 person would be doing the both of us. It took them over 2 hours to do 2 basic spa pedicures. My daughter had no design and I had flowers only on the big toes. I paid extra for callus treatment and when I left my heals where still NOT smooth. ALSO, the smell was very unpleasant. In there defense I believe there is a dumpster right outside their establishment, but it still made for a very unpleasant experience. Hi Angie, we apologize for what happened today. As you know today was a holiday and we were missing 3 workers. Because we were shorthanded and were very busy when you arrived at the end of the work day, we could not do both of you the same time. Matte finish is always extra due to it being a special finish. You got acrylic on two big toes it took extra work.
Love this place. You can pamper yourself here with nice environment, great atmosphere with reasonable price.
Don't come here for eyebrow and lip wax service. My brows looked better before. They didn't even get all the hair on my lips. Patchy job. Very disappointed

Scheduled appt for 2pm and tech ignored me and went to service another client and went and laughed and joked about me. I refuse to get my nails done where I am a joke. So unprofessional.
