Regular customer for many years. Made an appointment 3 days ago with Lily only to walk into the salon for my 10 AM appointment to find out Lily is on vacation. Why did she show available and why did i not get contacted? I walked in with staff looking dumbfounded like I did something wrong?! You lost a good customer!
I had a bad experience on my Birthday last Friday. I made 2 appointments for 10am for my special day for my mom and myself 2 to 3 day earlier in the week. They asked me to sign in which I tried but the machine would not let me while I am waiting on help to arrive, 2 ladies walk in and get seated without ssking them to sign in. They are amazing…. I am obsessed with my Christmas nails… when I get my nails done there, it lasts over two weeks… Let’s get into the feet oh my the best massage ever The bottom of your feet will be so smooth And soft. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and sweet. I love it there. It is my peace Space The music they play will put you in the zone Along with the massages. I am a very hard person to please so trust me they are Amazing
