Horrible ole.girl put so much acrylic on my nail i had to have it taken off she shaped my nails wrong and everything. The one lady that did my feet did good I lnow to never ever go back again
Regular customer for many years. Made an appointment 3 days ago with Lily only to walk into the salon for my 10 AM appointment to find out Lily is on vacation. Why did she show available and why did i not get contacted? I walked in with staff looking dumbfounded like I did something wrong?! You lost a good customer!
I had a bad experience on my Birthday last Friday. I made 2 appointments for 10am for my special day for my mom and myself 2 to 3 day earlier in the week. They asked me to sign in which I tried but the machine would not let me while I am waiting on help to arrive, 2 ladies walk in and get seated without ssking them to sign in.
