fire hannah. and another girl also needs to be fired but she wouldn’t give me her name. i was burned by SCALDING hot water and the beginning of my appointment. when i told her she burned me she then proceeded to get an attitude and snatch my leg/ankle to “put it into position” when i told her to stop she got who she said was her manager,Hannah, to “help her”. Hannah proceeded to pull my leg the same exact way AND THEN BURN ME WITH THE PARAFFIN WAX!!! this was literally the worst experience ever and my toes look awful!!
I got a new nail set and absolutely loved it! Exactly my reference photo if not better. All services were perfect and everyone was very welcoming.
