The first time coming was a pleasant experience but I will definitely not review after one visit again.. my next time going in I took my sweet little 7 year old daughter who didn’t complain about how dirty the kids chair was, or tell me until we were home how the old lady who did her mani pedi dug into her nails so bad she has cuts on her hands and feet now I was watching the lady and asking my daughter if she was okay but she was too nervous and excited to tell me there that she was not okay. I’ve been to Luxury Nail Bar a few times and have had great experiences except for Saturday. Because of that, I didn’t want to post negative feedback so I sent an email and filled out the feedback form they text after an appointment. I have yet to receive a response which is even more disappointing. My nails are uneven in length and the polish is creased, has big lumps, and already chipped. Amazing service. Donna, the owner, does my nails and she is wonderful and talented. I always love my nails. The team of ladies are wonderful as well. Would recommend to anyone. Always get compliments on my nails.
