The staff always does a nice job. And I love that they remember me and that I like to just chill for at least 30 minutes after they are done. I normally get the basic mani / pedi but do recommend the deluxe pedi if you have the extra time. Spa had a renovation about 6 months ago so everything is new.
rushed & rude! inexperienced techs, couldn't even remove acrylic off my toes, says he doesn't offer gel powder but says its 20$ extra for gel polish & I asked him why & he says because the side.of town which means he overcharges everyone who looks like money !!!

These people and this place is awesome.
I got my nails done on a Friday and by Saturday my pinky finger was starting to swell. Monday I had them remove the polish, and went to the doctor. My finger was swollen & pussing. After 3 rounds of treatment and antibiotics I was diagnosed with a fungus caused by dirty equipment. I now have to continue a six week treatment with antibiotics and fungal cream. Luxury Nails was clean and the staff were very nice �
I have tried so many different nail salons here in Charlotte and this is by far the best. I've now been coming here for over 2 years and every time I go somewhere else I end up being disappointed. In quality and price, there is literally no place better in the Charlotte area. And to top it all off, you get a free glass of wine! :)
Great customer service! They did not turn people away and made you feel welcomed. They have great teamwork and even offers us something to drink while we waited. Definitely will go back
