Impossible to get a hold of. No one answers their phone or returns phone calls after leaving multiple voicemails. We are having issues with our brand new HVAC system and can’t get a hold of anyone to come repair or correct the issues.
This company did our Heating and AC for our new build 9 years ago!! Today we have a crew in here cleaning our duct work. It was discovered that Luxury Mechanical DID NOT! complete cold air returns to 2 of our bedrooms! So for 9 years we have not been getting proper circulation to these areas of our home. I have phone call placed to them and will see if I get a response. This is not the first mistake that was found since building this house that this company made. Like another reviewer said, they don't answer calls nor do they return multiple messages left on their voice-mail. Believe me when I say, find someone else! These people couldn't care less about you!
Great company! Timely service and very trustworthy! They installed our furnace and A/C unit in our new house and now they do our yearly maintenance.
Same experience as some others. After a year they stopped returning calls to correct problems with the geothermal unit they installed in new construction, which was never installed properly to begin with. Turns out that the hot water generator was turned off and the humidifier was never connected. If your builder is considering using Luxury, suggest he look elsewhere.
