i’ll start by saying there’s nothing luxury about the experience other than the great views which has nothing to do with the rental company. The customer service makes you feel like you’ve done something wrong at every opportunity possible, even though the check in counter was closed and the staff was 10 minutes late without any apologies (despite how much the confirmation email warned customers about late arrivals). Absolutely the worst service ever. The guy working the front desk was incredibly rude, clueless, and completely unhelpful. Do not waste your time or money renting jet skis here. There are plenty of other places in San Diego that actually know how to treat their customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
Absolutely amazing jet ski experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident before getting on the water. The jet skis were clean, fast, and easy to operate. The views were beautiful, and the ride was the perfect mix of fun, excitement, and relaxation. Everything was well organized from start to finish, with clear instructions and great customer service. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for adventure, great memories, and a five-star day on the water.
