They gave me the best value for my trade in-- $1000-2000 more than every other offer. I was treated like a princess by every member of their staff. My salesman, Ryan, was attentive, patient, good-natured, and professional. The car they brought me from auction exceeded my expectations by far and was priced excellently.

They went above and beyond. I have felt the pressure of an old-school-type dealership in the past but L&I was calm and friendly the whole time. Brett and Sabastien were perfectly professional, and also fun. I will suggest this place to fam and friends around town. I am in love with my new car.
