Everything I had hoped for and I am not easy to please
Got back with me quickly on all my questions. Very friendly and helpful.
I'm never in the mood to have someone trying to get me to spend $40,000 following and pressuring me all around something I don't want. I was blessed by meeting with Brad and his team. They worked with me at my pace for five days straight before I bought my two cars. Yes two. I liked and trusted them so well I got my wife a birthday present too.
Great customer service! The lady called and offered to walk around the car and tell me of any dents/scratches she might see.
Great experience but just didn't like the cars I test drove. They were exactly as described and they are a very honest family run business
Just wanted to comment on how helpful and courteous Brian is with good info on each vehicle we looked at and drove. Even the finance department was awesome really unusual lol. My wife and I would return we drove about 120 miles and was well worth it. THANKS BRIAN !!!
Another 5 stars goes to the service department here at Luxury & Imports. My Audi was one of the lucky ones with oil consumption issues/recalls; Matt Reid, in the service department has gone above and beyond to assist me between dealing with the Audi dealership, Allstate insurance, as well as keeping me in the loop with what is going on in all aspects. I cannot give enough praise for this dealership.
I am 100% satisfied with my experience with this dealership. Jeff King was awesome. Very patient, knowledgable and honest. It took me a couple of weeks to make my final decision. He kept in contact, but there was never any pressure. The final sale was simple as can be. The vehicle I purchased is everything I expected and more.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and quality car I received from Luxury & Imports in Leavenworth. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Jake Rea is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He was willing to let me test drive any car I liked and was patient with me throughout the process.
