I would have given 0 if I only could! Back in 2023 I bought my Honda fit 2019 LX from this dealership and I will be honest to say that I knew nothing about cars back in that time. I was looking for that model specifically (for parking reasons) and I found a few options, they offerd this car with 27k miles for 14k. I did some business with these guys and they turned out to be really “shady” to say the least. I dealt with Ralph a few times and caught him in quite a few lies. Just make sure you do your due diligence on any vehicle you look out and never take their word regarding anything. And I don’t care if they don’t like this post because it’s the truth and they know it. OMG what a liar !!! My aunt was in tears after she visited this company. They dropped her credit from 798 to 765. The car they offered her was unable to pass inspection but they ran her credit anyways. She did not even get an apology. Be careful when buying from these people. The credit check is a 3 hard credit inquiry. I have contacted Consumer affairs and they informed me that this is not legal and they will look into it for us. She did say that they were nice to her but whats the point of being nice if you are ruining someone's credit? And t... read more
