So so thankful for these sweet people! I started taking my puppy Maverick there for daycare because I work such long hours. She loves her people and puppy friends! She's always so excited to be there and her tail is always wagging! Everyone who works there always gives me an update on how she's doing and I know she's in good hands. Definitely recommend for daycare/boarding. ��
I had used Luxury Grooming for several years and was always pleased with the grooming but I will never take my dogs there again. The last time I took my big dog for a simple bath and nail trim, the nails weren't done and when I questioned it was told the groomer had done it and wouldn't talk to me. I asked to speak with the owner and was told she was aware of the complaint and there was no need to speak to me. Just found out that they fired Paula, a groomer who has been there for over 9 years, through thick and thin. How could you??? If you can't treat your dedicated employees good, how can I trust you with my dog??? I will never bring my dog back again. SHAME ON YOU, LUXURY GROOMING!!!
Great place to get your fur baby a bath and wonderful groom, or a room daily, or for a long vacation.
I took my little senior boy in today for the first time. He looks great. You did a wonderful job. He will be back.
