I took my big baby here today and it was his first time to ever have an actual grooming. He will be 3 next week and living in the country, he was pretty needy for a good grooming! As soon as I called, I was immediately at ease and even more so when I arrived this morning. They acted interested in my baby and didn't treat him as "just another job". If I ever had to room my baby, I would definitely feel comfortable leaving him here. Oh!!! And he looks fantastic!!! Thank y'all so much for taking care of my boy, Chomper today!!

We have boarded our dogs here for years. All of the staff are so friendly and caring. Our dogs love going there!
This past Saturday, my Persian cat was "groomed" here. I have never seen such a mess. Not only was my sweet baby traumatized, but she was also injured. She recieved a sanitary trim that took more than hair...she has not had a bowel movement in 3 days. I took her to the vet this morning. She recieved 2 shots, an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory. Thankfully she is feeling better. After speaking to the owner, Irene, she gave me a 50% refund and wanted to offer a half price coupon for future visit. That will never happen. DO ... read more

They shaved my Golden Retriever.....He was supposed to get a bath, nails clipped and a hair cut. No complaints on the nails and bath but instead of a hair cut they shaved him from the neck behind his ears down to his paws. I was in complete shock when i saw him. Didn’t really know what to say. I wish they would have told me they didn’t know how to cut Golden’s before I took him.
My poor babies went in today looking like they had been left out in the rain & mud. But just a few hours later they looked like UPTOWN 🐩 I drive from a hour away since Luxury opened & definitely recommend them. Everyone really cares for all our fur babies.

The staff at Luxury is wonderful! They love all the dogs and treat them as they are their own. We have boarded our dogs several times and also use them for grooming.
