If I could give them I zero I would. My cousin and I parked right infront of the salon and when I walked out of the car the girl in the front and I made eye contact. I smiled at her and she looked down. As we walked inside the salon she picked up the phone and acted like she was on the one, mind you the doors were open and I never heard the phone ring. 1 star only because I cannot give 0 stars.. I would never go back! I received a wash roller set and blow out. For starters the stylist was very rough she blowed out and flat iron my hair in 25 mins! Felt like she was in a rush..I’ve never had someone blow out and flat iron big sections of my hair. (thick hair) My hair was still frizzy my roots was not straight!! Asked for curls barely got them! Told her I didn’t like it because my hair was still puffy. she responded “I can flat iron it again.” No ma’am and risk the heat dama... read more
