This is the first time I have used Luxury Cruise Connections. I usually go direct to the Cruise Line. Chavely Alvarez introduced me to Crystal Cruise and made booking my cruise easy and transparent. She answered my questions and gave sound advice. I would highly recommend Chavely to anyone considering booking a cruise or other adventure.

My experience with Luxury Cruise Connections has been consistently disappointing and ultimately required escalation to the cruise line due to the agency’s lack of responsiveness and follow-through. Most recently, I requested the release of a Viking booking so it could be transferred to a new travel advisor after my original advisor was no longer affiliated with the agency.
