This is a review for R+Co, as I cannot find another option for making a direct review. Their customer service is a joke. I have been ordering their hair products for some time, directly from their website, and before that I purchased in my former local salon. When my most recent order arrived (placed on Oct 8), the box was full of products I did not order, and none of the products I did order were in the box.
