Michigan Luxury Bath did a great job renovating my grandparent's bathroom to ensure their safety and ease of use!
I'd give them no stars if possible. Had continuous problems since tub surround was installed with water seeping between the tub and liner. First couple of times they recaulked after doing what they could to remove the water. We felt it was actually leaking around the drain.... Last time I called I was told that the company was now owned by someone else and warranty was no longer honored but they'd be happy to come out and look at it, but we'd have to pay. Business response:
The original owner went out of business in july of 2007 and in October new owners took over. While we have tried as best we could to take care of problems that the previous owner left behind, we cannot assume the finacial burden of the repairs. A better option for you would have been to contact Luxury Bath corporate about these issue's
they remodeled an older ladies bathroom. they done a real great job. every detail was great. she was really happy. now she wants them redo her kitchen they was that good.
